 We are seeking a talented individual to fill the role of a pre-sales Solutions Engineer. As a key member of the team, you will take charge of guiding specific prospects through the discovery and evaluation process of our solutions. Your primary responsibility will involve ensuring the seamless technical evaluation and purchasing experience for our potential clients in collaboration with sales and key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess a wealth of firsthand experience in solution architecture, prototype development, and maintaining technical relationships with customers in the enterprise sector. Key qualifications include a deep understanding of the AI/ML market landscape, expertise in system engineering, familiarity with both hardware and software technologies, proficient hands-on technical deployment skills, exceptional analytical and problem-solving aptitude, outstanding customer relationship capabilities, and a collaborative team-oriented approach.

Your responsibilities in this role will encompass establishing and nurturing technical relationships with potential clients, gaining expertise in the companies products and staying abreast of AI/ML industry trends, translating business requirements into technical solutions, conducting technical discovery and qualification procedures, assisting clients in understanding the benefits of the business, delivering engaging demos and technical presentations, leading prototype/PoC development efforts, representing field feedback to product and engineering teams, and occasional travel to meet clients and attend industry events.

To be considered for this position, candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field, or possess equivalent experience, along with a minimum of 5 years of customer-facing experience, preferably within the AI/ML domain. The role may entail up to 50% domestic and international travel, necessitating flexibility in working hours. Proficiency in Python and PyTorch for a minimum of 2 years, basic Linux system administration skills, familiarity with MLOps platforms, API-driven integration expertise, system engineering and architecture experience, as well as a proven track record of engaging with enterprise customers in pre-sales capacities are essential requirements.

Preferred qualifications for this role include experience in a high-growth startup environment, a decisive and results-driven attitude, adaptability in a dynamic work culture, possession of a Solution Architect or Enterprise Architect certification, and knowledge of server system deployment considerations in data centers.
