We are currently partnered with an International Law Firm looking to hire a Receptionist in Dubai.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Provide adhoc administrative support to the wider team.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them appropriately.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure they are set up as required.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, including document preparation and data entry.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers as needed.

 

Key Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a receptionist/front office admin roles.
  • Law firm experience is a must.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
