Receptionist - Law Firm (52G5PY-F29866F7) Dubai, United Arab Emirates
We are currently partnered with an International Law Firm looking to hire a Receptionist in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide adhoc administrative support to the wider team.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them appropriately.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure they are set up as required.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including document preparation and data entry.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers as needed.
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a receptionist/front office admin roles.
- Law firm experience is a must.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
