Location: Birmingham
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.00am – 5.00pm and 8.00am -4.30pm on Fridays / 40hrs
Pay Rate: £9.50 per hour

Our client based in Birmingham, require Machine Operators to work on tiles cutting machines, ensuring smooth operation. Training provided.
Training IS provided but experience as a Machine Operator, or within an engineering environment is desirable.
This is a permanent role with progression opportunities.

The Role:
- Operating cutting machines
- Accurately cut ceramic, stone, porcelain tiles
- Complete acceptable standard of cutting and ensure minimal waste is produced
- Safely, efficient, and accurately operate cutting equipment - training provided
- Weekly maintenance of all machines
- Ideally you will have experience in a similar engineering / machine operating role
- Ensure the specific Health and Safety standards are maintained
- Carry out further tasks as may from time to time be delegated to you by Manager
The Candidate:
- Mechanically minded
- Experience in a similar engineering environment desirable
- Ideally looking for a permanent position
- Excellent verbal and written English
