Renowned for its expertise in complex continuation vehicle secondaries transactions, this is an exceptional role for an ambitious lawyer looking to develop within a market-leading team.

About You:

• E&W qualified with stellar academic credentials
• Minimum of 2 years’ PQE, with experience in private company M&A and exposure to secondaries transactions
• Strong transactional experience coupled with a proactive, entrepreneurial approach
