Are you a driven and talented lawyer with a passion for finance? Look no further! A prestigious US firm is seeking to expand its London Leveraged Finance team with a lawyer possessing 4+ years of PQE.

Join a top-ranked Finance team renowned for excellence. As part of this esteemed group, you'll advise top-tier private equity sponsors, investment banks, private credit funds, and publicly listed companies on leveraged and infrastructure financings in both domestic and international markets.

Dive into a diverse range of financing transactions, specialising in leveraged finance. Handle complex structures such as bank/bond, unitranche, first lien/second lien, and holdco PIK structures. Engage in workout and restructuring matters, contributing to innovative solutions for clients.

To qualify, you should be a qualified lawyer in England & Wales with proven experience in financing transactions and private equity matters, ideally gained within a leading law firm. An exceptional academic record is essential for this role.
