A leading international law firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its prestigious Commercial team. This role focuses on digital regulation, media, advertising, consumer law, and technology contracts, offering the opportunity to work on high-value international projects within a supportive environment that encourages career growth.

Recognized as a Tier 1 firm in Media and Entertainment, they tackle regulatory, commercial, and contentious issues across advertising, broadcasting, sports, and gaming.

The Team:

The Commercial department features over 80 lawyers across the UK, fostering a dynamic and collaborative environment. The successful candidate will collaborate with the Advertising, Media, and Consumer team, advising high-profile clients, including global tech leaders, on marketing agreements, content licensing, product launches, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise on commercial agreements and regulatory matters with international coordination.
  • Focus on interactive entertainment and work with platform clients on regulatory and commercial issues.
  • Provide guidance on advertising strategies, sponsorship deals, and data-driven marketing.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Expertise in digital and media regulation, familiar with the Online Safety Act and Digital Services Act.
  • Experience with media and consumer contracts, including marketing agreements and B2C terms.
  • Preferred knowledge of advertising regulation, CAP Code compliance, ASA investigations, and GDPR.
