JOB Title:            Corporate Lawyer – Private Equity

LOCATION:         London 

SALARY:             From £180,000 + Bonus

This leading international firm’s M&A practice is regarded as a market leader with a worldwide client base. They are looking for an equally exceptional mid-level associate to join their highly regarded corporate team.

You will enjoy a broad mix of high-value international corporate work, including advising public and private corporations, investment banks, and other financial institutions on various corporate transactions. Your workload will include a mix of both private equity and M&A transactions. The group has a broad sector focus with deep expertise in the healthcare and life sciences industries. The firm's buyout capabilities are complemented by an understanding of co-investment and minority investment deals. 

The successful candidate will have at least two years of relevant post-qualified experience from a leading UK, Big Six Australian, or top-tier New Zealand firm.
