A leading global law firm is seeking a high-performing associate to join its growing Leverage Finance practice in London. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your expertise within a market-leading team, working on complex and high-stakes transactions.

About the Role:

• The Finance team has an exceptional reputation for advising on intricate financing transactions, often collaborating with other practice areas such as mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, restructuring, investment funds, and projects. The team represents private equity sponsors, public and private companies, and investment funds on their most challenging transactions.
• The work will include secured credit facilities, high-yield debt, mezzanine debt, unsecured credit facilities, convertible bonds, project and infrastructure financing, and restructurings. The role offers the chance to take on significant responsibility, work closely with senior team members, and support the development of junior associates.

About You:

• The ideal candidate will be E&W qualified with excellent academics and a minimum of 3 years’ PQE gained at a top-tier law firm. You should have strong analytical and communication skills, a high level of proficiency in legal research, and a solid understanding of financial analysis. A proven ability to manage complex transactions and deliver exceptional client service is essential.
