An elite global law firm is seeking a UK-qualified structured finance lawyer with 4-6 years’ PQE from a top-tier law firm. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in structured finance, focusing on securitisation, structured products, and debt finance. Knowledge of derivatives, general banking, or related areas is advantageous.

Candidates should have a proven ability to lead complex transactions, manage client relationships, and mentor junior associates. Strong academic credentials, critical thinking, and organisational skills are essential.
