About the Senior Test Manager Role:
Based in Kuala Lumpur, the Senior Test Manager ensures compliance level is established and followed based on the standards of the proposed framework. You will also work closely with the internal, vendors and product teams to drive quality testing and ensure conformance of quality standards based on the framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the internal unit, vendors and product teams to drive quality testing and ensure conformance of quality standards based on the framework
• Lead and manage the testing processes and procedures, test case design, test execution, capturing test results and analysis, defect management, traceability matrix and test reporting
• Support in planning, monitoring and managing the testing activities and operations infused in the projects based on framework
• Lead the implementation, and evolution of the company's testing framework, measure and report on the success metrics, grow the team’s knowledge in the application of testing tools/process to meet the testing mandate

To succeed in this Senior Test Manager role, you will need to be is a high-potential and motivated individual who goes the extra mile to make a difference while working closely with the business. Ideally has experience in managing and leading a testing team with end-to-end testing for large scale and major projects.

Key Requirements:

• Graduate with at least a bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of eight years’ working experience in managing and leading a testing team with end-to-end testing for large scale and major projects in an Agile and Waterfall delivery environment
• Extensive hands-on experience in planning, testing and defect tracking skills include using a variety of tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• Experience working with vendors and good stakeholder management
• Familiar and experience with DEVOPS/Continuous Integration such as Jenkins is a plus point
• Good knowledge of IT testing life cycle and proficient in working with automation testing tools
• Extensive working knowledge and experience on test management and practices
• Technically proficient in common cloud service-oriented platforms (preferred)
