Salary: GBP32000 - GBP34000 per annum

A facilities management company based in Denmark Hill is seeking an Office Manager/ Business Support Assistant to join their team.

The role will be paying up to £34,000 and will be on a temporary to permanent basis. Meaning you would temp in the role for 12 weeks and then a permanent contract will be offered to the candidate.

Due to the nature of the role, all candidates applying must be available immediately and can work 5 days on-site in Denmark Hill, 10minutes walk from the station.

The ideal candidate will come from and office support background and will be looking to become the go to person for the team, managing the day to day running of the office. This will be a very varied role and will be completely multi-faceted

Duties will include the following:

  • Managing the front of house, monitoring the phones, welcoming people into the officer as well as providing direction to visitors.
  • Restocking of the office supplies including the kitchen and break-out spaces, placing orders when necessary
  • Maintaining a clean and organised appearance of the office
  • Assisting with the meeting room booking and agendas
  • Managing post and booking couriers
  • Being the go-to person for the reporting of facilities issues, booking tradespeople and managing vendor
  • Invoice management and POs
  • Assistant with the internal marketing team, helping with external and internal communications including social media and events.

The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude where no duty will be too big or too small. You will a people person, enjoying being the go-to person for the team. The ability to push back and manage a variety of duties with differing deadlines. Creative minded, you will have an interest in not only office support duties but delving into some marketing and creative task for the team too!
