The Company

My client are a leading supplier of Metrology equipment and services to a range of major manufacturers in the UK. They are currently recruiting for an Area Sales Manager, that has experience selling similar equipment to manufacturers, to help them grow their business in the North of England. 

The Role

• Growing the companies prescence in the North of England through prospecting new clients
• Attending customer sites and trade shows to expand your network and build relationships
• Account management and development 
• New business development 

Key Skills

• Experience in the Metrology/Measurement field or selling a similar product to a variety of manufacturers
• Experience in a technical sales role
• Having a technical engineering understanding in order to convey complex technical concepts
• Ability to build relationships with key clients
