The Company

My client is a leading manufacturer of CNC grinding machines and machine tools and are looking to expand their team with a machine tool applications engineer, who can program CNC grinders using Siemens controls. If you have experience as a machine tool applications engineer or in a similar role, apply now!

The Role

• Working to engineering drawings to machine components
• Machine programming and setup 
• Overseeing on-site installations of products and providing customer support on technical issues
• Travelling to customer sites overseas regularly

Key Skills

• Knowledge and experience of CNC grinding
• Knowledge of Siemens controls or a similar NC programming software
• Experience in a customer facing role, providing technical support and project management
• Ability to read and understand components drawings 
• Ability to work to precise tolerances
