Are you a Caretaker looking for a new challenge? My client is looking for a Caretaker looking after a school for an immediate start in the Denton area. Please note this role is on a contract basis with the potential of going permanent.

The rate for this role is between £12 - £15.17 per hour. Working Monday to Friday.

Main Duties include:

• Setting up Classrooms.
• Assist with minor repairs across the College. 
• Liasing with Contractors.
• Showing Contractors around Campus when required. 
• Any other reasonable duties.

Please note this role is a non-janitorial role.

Qualifications and Key Skills:

• Enhanced DBS.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and on own initiative, yet follow instruction and rules as required.
