Salary: £70,000 - £75,000 per annum + Profit Related Bonuses + Car Allowance

Job Description:
As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the manufacturing operations in Deeside. You will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, optimizing processes, and ensuring the highest quality standards while fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to the manufacturing team.
• Ensure efficient production processes and optimize resource utilization.
• Drive a strong focus on quality control and compliance with industry standards.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to meet and exceed company goals.
• Foster a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a General Manager in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Excellent knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control.
• Financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and improve profitability.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field (preferred).
