Role Purpose: to provide excellent customer service and administrative support. Help prevent homelessness and improve housing conditions in the borough.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with housing needs assessments.
- Manage customer documentation.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Provide administrative support.
Requirements:
- A/AS-levels or equivalent.
- Customer service experience.
- Knowledge of housing legislation.
- Strong communication and IT skills.
