Salary: GBP13.15 - GBP13.15 per hour

Role Purpose:  to provide excellent customer service and administrative support. Help prevent homelessness and improve housing conditions in the borough.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with housing needs assessments.
  • Manage customer documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records.
  • Provide administrative support.

Requirements:

  • A/AS-levels or equivalent.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Knowledge of housing legislation.
  • Strong communication and IT skills.
