Our client, a social housing organisation based in NW9 is seeking an IT Support Desk Technician to provide technical support for Windows systems
Responsibilities:
- Respond to IT support requests.
- Troubleshoot Windows hardware and software issues.
- Install and maintain Windows computer systems.
- Guide users on IT best practices.
- Document support requests and resolutions.
Requirements:
- Experience in IT support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus.
