Our client, a social housing organisation based in NW9 is seeking an IT Support Desk Technician to provide technical support for Windows systems

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to IT support requests.
  • Troubleshoot Windows hardware and software issues.
  • Install and maintain Windows computer systems.
  • Guide users on IT best practices.
  • Document support requests and resolutions.

Requirements:

  • Experience in IT support.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus.
