You will be joining a leading manufacturing company in Gateshead that has achieved consistent year-on-year growth and has exciting plans for 2024/2025. With a presence worldwide, this company provides innovative solutions across the industrial sector.

The Opportunity:

As a Grinder you will be working alongside a small team of other Grinders helping to manufacture and machine parts for the business.

Main Responsibilities:

• Grinding heavy duty large cylinder type products
• Working to very tight tolerances
• Working to deadlines
• Undertake metal spraying of cylinders as required

Skills and Qualifications:

• Be time served cylindrical/ surface grinders
• Have experience with Robbi, Proth Surface, William Watts and Churchill grinding machines
• Have an excellent eye for detail
