Looking for an Account Payable temp to start ASAP forr 2-3 months

Based in Hammersmith

Must be available immediately

5 days a week in the Office

Working for a Production Company supporting an Accounts team of 4 others

The role will require

• Monitor and keep organised the Production Accounts email in box and respond to queries
• Process production invoices:
• Send to PMs for coding and sign off
• Post on PSF accounting package
• Produce paylists ready for upload to the bank
• Manage the Equals cash card platform:
• Make sure user transactions are annotated, and receipts are uploaded
• Chase users for any open items
• Make sure VAT had been claimed where appropriate
• Produce the cash card analyses for signature and posting
• Reconcile user balances and main card balances monthly

The ideal candidate will

Have experience with Equals or any other cash card platform (Pleo, Soldo, Revolut)

Be a confident self-starter

Have Good communication skills

Be a fast learner who is eager to learn new systems and processes

Happy to work in a team
