ERP functional consultant
We’re looking for a dynamic Business Analyst & Business Partner to lead the implementation of a new ERP system and drive transformational change.
The job
We seek an experienced Business Analyst & Business Partner to implement a new ERP system (SAP S/4, Microsoft Dynamics, or Oracle ERP Cloud). This role bridges business stakeholders, IT/ERP teams, and external partners, ensuring smooth communication and alignment. Responsibilities include analyzing business processes, coordinating functional and technical developments, and supporting data migration and cleansing. The role also involves facilitating change management and providing project status updates to senior leadership.
Skills
- 10+ years in business analysis or business partner roles, with 15+ years in ERP implementations.
- Background in business process analysis and reengineering in finance, field service, procurement, and HR.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle) preferred.
- IT & Data affinity.
- Strong analytical and requirement gathering skills.
- Experience in data management, modelling, ETL processes, and migration.
- Excellent communication skills in English and French (Dutch is a plus).
- Proactive, collaborative, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of change management principles is a plus.
