PMP Recruitment are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Workforce Staffing Coordinator to support a strong, efficient and professional recruitment operation. This is an exciting opportunity to join an increasingly growing team supporting our Amazon contract across two Fulfilment Centres in Doncaster.

Pay rate as Workforce Staffing Coordinator:

• £11.75 per hour
• Overtime - £17.63 per hour  (hours between 40 - 50 hours)
• Overtime -  £23.00 per hour  (hours between 50 - 60 hours)

Your role as the Workforce Staffing Coordinator:

• Assist in tracking new joiners, leavers and absences on PeopleSoft, excel spreadsheets and Salesforce
• Completing paperwork including eligibility checking procedures and systems reporting findings to the Workforce Staffing Manager within given SLAs
• Continually assess Workforce Staffing processes with a view to improving where necessary
• Develop and maintain suitable communication processes to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of information between Amazon and PMP
• Attend regular induction sessions to evaluate the quality of learning and to provide feedback to the Workforce Staffing Manager
• Any other duties as requested by the Workforce Staffing Manager including but not limited to supporting the HR team and Site managers

• Exceptional interpersonal skills - Help to build trust, respect and support across the teams
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and data-based with strong negotiation and influencing skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and PowerPoint, willingness to learn new Amazon systems
• Flexible with shifts and able to work different shifts at the Workforce Staffing Manager’s request (to include weekend shifts)
