The Company
Oscar Technology has partnered with a leading UK company within their industry; they have over 2 million customers within the UK and have plans to grow further. They have recently had a large amount of investment and have plans to expand the business into the US.
The Role
This role is a great opportunity for a Data Analyst with an analytical background to join a strong and growing team. You will report to your dedicated manager in a team of x5 other analysts.
This role focuses more on the analysis of reports you create and highlighting aspects of the data; you will be reporting those insights back to your manager.
*** Please note that this role can also be offered to junior candidates who have less Python experience but good analytical and SQL experience, as training in Python will be provided ***
The Responsibilities
• Analyse the fluctuation of past, present, and future market trends overseen by supply and demand, along with previous sales performances.
• Consider how growth can drive performance in different sectors previously untapped to buy a wider variety of products.
• Maintain a strong forecasting methodology to track movement in the market.
• Collaborate with other areas of the business, such as the finance department, to work out how the changes you make impact their department.
• Translate findings back to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
