Health and Safety Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Health and Safety Manager to join our client’s team, reporting directly into the company directors. The ideal candidate will have a background in manufacturing, as either a health and safety manager, or an advisor. If you’re looking for a step up into more responsibility, more skills to gain, and lots of support behind you then this position is perfect for you.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage all Health and Safety documentation across the site.
• Responsible for the health and safety of all staff members and departments.
• Deal with all health and safety admin - paperwork, documents, compliance, equipment checks, training records, accident book.
• Regular inspections across the site.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• NEBOSH / equivalent qualification.
• Experience in environmental management would be desired.
• Previous experience within a management position.
