With sites all over the UK, you will play a pivotal role within the business ensuring all production lines are moving quickly and efficiently. Role & Responsibilities:
- Plans for production improvement.
- Support machinery / equipment breakdowns within production.
- Drive all safety improvements and reducing risks.
- Managing the production team while the production manager is away from the shop floor.
- Maintain health and safety across the factory, food safety, production and quality output.
- Ensure production efficiency at all times.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Manufacturing industry experience is essential (FMCG / Food)
- Health and safety qualifications.
- Experience within a supervisory/senior position involving man management.
- Food safety qualification / knowledge.
