We are currently looking for a Continuous Improvement / Value Stream Team Leader to join a growing team within a prestigious manufacturer in the Bristol area. Role & Responsibilities:

• Promoting continuous improvement across all departments.
• Representing the company to customers – internal and external.
• Collaborate with all departments to drive continuous improvement.
• Streamlining processes and implementing best practices.
• Leading and managing training for continuous improvement and development.
• Being part of the internal compliance audits.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Lean Manufacturing – Green belt or equivalent.
• Experienced within a man management position, developing staff and technicians.
• Manufacturing experience.
• Engineering degree / apprenticeship trained.
