Morgan Hunt is currently working with a London based regulatory body in search of a temporary Stakeholder Engagement and Events Manager.
This role is offered on a 6 month temporary contract paying £210 +holiday pay (£235) a day PAYE. The candidate is expected to work hybrid from the London office a few days a week.
Key responsibilities of the interim Stakeholder Engagement and Events Manager:
- To deliver a creative, engaging high profile the organisations events strategy
- To use project management tools to plan multiple events and deliverables at once
- To provide advice and a knowledge bank of information and good practice to embedded stakeholder teams and policy colleagues so they can organise their own stakeholder events
- To manage the organisations speaker process for organisations speakers at energy sector and other key events
- To ensure organisation meets its EDI commitments through its engagement and communications
Previous experience and behaviours of the interim Stakeholder Engagement and Events Manager:
- Able to demonstrate the ability to organise high profile events, from developing proposals, running the event through to evaluation
- Experience of advising others on stakeholder engagement practices such as events
- Excellent project management ability to deliver multiple projects within a complex environment
- Able to ensure communication materials are written in plain English with target audience in mind
- Proactive and deliverables focused
- A team player who is able to work within a multi-disciplinary team
