Morgan Hunt is currently working with a London based regulatory body in search of a temporary Stakeholder Engagement and Events Manager.

This role is offered on a 6 month temporary contract paying £210 +holiday pay (£235) a day PAYE. The candidate is expected to work hybrid from the London office a few days a week.

Key responsibilities of the interim Stakeholder Engagement and Events Manager:

  • To deliver a creative, engaging high profile the organisations events strategy
  • To use project management tools to plan multiple events and deliverables at once
  • To provide advice and a knowledge bank of information and good practice to embedded stakeholder teams and policy colleagues so they can organise their own stakeholder events
  • To manage the organisations speaker process for organisations speakers at energy sector and other key events
  • To ensure organisation meets its EDI commitments through its engagement and communications

    Previous experience and behaviours of the interim Stakeholder Engagement and Events Manager:
  • Able to demonstrate the ability to organise high profile events, from developing proposals, running the event through to evaluation
  • Experience of advising others on stakeholder engagement practices such as events
  • Excellent project management ability to deliver multiple projects within a complex environment
  • Able to ensure communication materials are written in plain English with target audience in mind
  • Proactive and deliverables focused
  • A team player who is able to work within a multi-disciplinary team
