For your first two days with us, you’ll attend our fantastic residential onboarding academy, where you’ll learn all about the HR GO way, our culture, values and ethos before you get started.

Your Mission

To deliver up to date internal training for different departments within Recruitment which include our Sales Training, Onboarding Induction Academy for our new cohorts and general ad hoc training requirements for our operation departments. Assist with ongoing training requirements as and when necessary, including new processes, legislations and systems. Ability to design and deliver innovative, engaging, and motivating training sessions. Assisting with online training including GDPR and H&S and updating training records. Provide objective and accurate feedback on training and development performance and identify skill gaps. Actively seek new ideas to keep the ethos alive in the business whilst adapting to the business needs.

We’re looking for an experienced trainer that is outgoing and organised orientated individual with a passion for teaching. We desire someone with a proven ability to deliver sales, growth, systems in their career and has exceptional understanding of IT and skills. Is strong in communication with great attention to detail to help build good customer relations with our people to interface effectively with our Learning and Development and Talent Manager.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Assisting the People Team to develop an organisation recruitment plan.

Training delivery involves imparting information to our people in an interesting, engaging and empowering manner, to meet our people's needs and learning styles. It also involves continuous reinforcement of learning outcomes and monitoring the understanding/development of Participants through appropriate assessments, as well as providing positive reinforcement and recognition.

Promote the training products available, identify and acknowledge the needs of business and our people. This may be achieved by establishing appropriateness of Learners at the beginning of the courses and/or by liaising with the Learning and Development and Talent Manager and referring to individuals, career paths and inductions.

Keeping track of our training and maintaining rigorous and accurate records throughout the training process.

Work to maintain the professional standards, consistency and integrity of the HR GO brands.
