Our client is a leading manufacturer, with a reputation for product quality which is second to none and industry leading standards. Due to continued customer growth they are looking for a team leader within the welding department to oversee operations and staff.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Oversee welding operations and ensuring quality and production targets are met
• Get involved in TIG and MIG Welding
• Conduct handovers
• Carry out various weld tests

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Be a coded welder
• Have experience in a supervisory/team lead role
• Have experience in a manufacturing environment
