Our client is a growing start up who have been expanding for the past 5 years. Specialising in woodworking and joinery for retail and events displays- there is now room for a production manager to join the team in Aylesbury. 

Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage Production across all stages- ensuring timescales and KPIs are met
• Managing contractors and freelancers on site
• Risk Assessments and Managing Health and Safety on site
• Liasing with suppliers and Project Managers as well as outsourcing for additional needs
• Occasional site visits- primarily in London
• Managing the CNC machinists and finishing department
• Producing quotes, negotiating prices, purchasing equipment and materials, managing stock
  
  

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Experience in a Project Management/ Production Management role
• Knowledge of woodworking/ joinery environments
• Knowledge of the retail, exhibition, events sector would be beneficial
