Our client is a leading food manufacturer and due to continued growth within the business, they are looking to bring in an additional quality specialist to the team.

Role & Responsibilities:

• This is an independent role- working with operations and quality team
• Working on improvement works and CI initiatives
• Cross-auditing with other sites
• Product testing- recording and analysing results, Identifying trends, Investigating anything outside of specifications
• Environmental monitoring, allergen and water testing
• Internal and external BCR audits- assisting, Ensuring compliance with industry regs, identifying food safety issues on production line, Raw material inspections ect
  
  

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• 3 years + exeirence in a quality role within a food environment
• HACCP and Food Safety Qualifications
• Food Science degree desirable
