We are looking for a Governance Officer to join an organisation based in Dubai to support the team in the coordination of all governance matters for the business.

Experience/Qualification Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in governance, or risk management roles.
• Ability to work in a fast moving, early-stage trading organisation.
• Experience working in DIFC is highly advantageous.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance frameworks, internal controls, and regulatory expectations.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills to coordinate meetings, track actions, and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with senior management and governing bodies.
• Proficiency in governance tools, systems, and document management software.
• Fluency in English is required, with excellent written and verbal communication.
