Governance Officer (YCSWGL-602E8F37) Dubai, United Arab Emirates
We are looking for a Governance Officer to join an organisation based in Dubai to support the team in the coordination of all governance matters for the business.
Experience/Qualification Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in governance, or risk management roles.
- Ability to work in a fast moving, early-stage trading organisation.
- Experience working in DIFC is highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of corporate governance frameworks, internal controls, and regulatory expectations.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills to coordinate meetings, track actions, and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with senior management and governing bodies.
- Proficiency in governance tools, systems, and document management software.
- Fluency in English is required, with excellent written and verbal communication.
