We are looking for a qualified corporate and commercial lawyer to join a prestigious government entity in Abu Dhabi.

You will be working across a very wide range of interesting matters and must have excellent commercial contract experience, as well as corporate governance and compliance experience.

Experience Required:

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in legal consultancy, deep corporate and commercial experience especially in contracts, performing law and jurisdiction analysis, developing and reviewing legislations, and conducting research studies.
• Experience in providing legal advice and implementing legal policies and processes.
• Knowledge and understanding of UAE laws and applications and relevant regional and foreign jurisdictions, and experience in keeping up with relevant legislative and regulatory updates and reviewing newly defined institutional policies or external development policies.
• You will come from a large in-house entity, or an international law firm.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic is required
