Required experience:

• 15+ years of M&A experience, gained within top-tier law firms or corporate environments.
• Deep expertise in structuring and negotiating high-value transactions, managing due diligence, and navigating regulatory frameworks.
• Proven leadership skills, with a track record of building and managing effective legal teams.
• Exceptional problem-solving and risk management abilities, with the capacity to advise at the board level.
