Role Overview
We’re looking for a skilled Sage Intacct Consultant to join our client's growing team. In this role, you’ll help clients successfully adopt and optimize their use of Sage Intacct, applying a structured and proven approach. You’ll also support complementary third-party applications and integrations, guiding clients from discovery through implementation and post-go-live support.

What You’ll Be Doing
Depending on the project, your responsibilities may include:

• Leading full-cycle implementations of Sage Intacct, including modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Accounts Receivable, Order Entry, Projects, Time & Expense, and Financial Reporting.

• Conducting client discovery sessions and planning activities.

• Delivering user training and go-live support for Sage Intacct systems.

• Providing configuration, data conversion, and integration support.

• Creating and managing dashboards, reports, and other business intelligence tools.

• Participating in pre-sales efforts, including product demos and proposal development.

• Staying current on Sage Intacct functionality and product updates.

• Contributing to internal documentation and knowledge sharing.

• Supporting client service requests through our help desk system as needed.

• Managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and meeting deadlines.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years of experience working with Sage Intacct, including implementation and end-user training.

• Familiarity with Sage Intacct’s financial modules and a strong understanding of ERP implementation practices.

• Certification in Sage Intacct is required.

• Excellent communication skills and professional presence.

• A self-starter who is comfortable working independently and collaboratively.

• Strong analytical thinking, organization, and problem-solving abilities.

Bonus Points For:

• Background in finance or accounting, or extensive experience in a similar role.

• Hands-on experience with Sage Intacct’s Contracts module or Global Consolidations.

• Previous work with other ERP systems such as Microsoft Business Central, Dynamics SL, or GP.

• Consulting experience in a client-facing capacity.

• Experience supporting nonprofit clients with ERP solutions.
