Overview

• GI Pro are recruiting for a Powder Coater for our automotive applications engineering client based in Alfreton
• Paying up to £30k
• Working a day shift Monday – Thursday 6.30am-3.30pm, & 6.30am – 12pm Friday
• Permanent contract

The client - Leader in manufacturing vehicle adaptions for people with mobility challenges.

The role:

• Operating powder coating equipment, on metal and plastic ensuring proper application techniques are followed for vehicle modifications used in hospitals care homes etc
• Preparing surfaces for powder coating by cleaning and masking as necessary.
• Inspecting finished products for quality assurance and adherence to specifications.
• Fabricating and assembling components as required prior to coating.
• Maintaining a clean and organised workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Performing routine maintenance on equipment and reporting any issues promptly.

The candidate:

• You will have Powder Coating experience, and be able to prep and finish products, and materials
