Panel Wirer / Installer
Location: Hinckley
Salary: £30,000 – £37,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm (37.5 hours per week)
Overtime: Paid at enhanced rates
Contract: Permanent

GI Pro is working with a well-established client based in Hinckley who is looking to add an experienced Panel Wirer / Installer to their growing team on a permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a specialist manufacturer supplying high-quality control panels to clients in the Aerospace, Logistics, and Automotive sectors.

Role Overview:
• Building and wiring control panels in the workshop
• Mechanical assembly
• Reading and working from technical drawings
• Installing control panels, mains, 24V & communication cables, and cable containment systems
• Crimping, looming, and wiring sensors/motor systems
• Field cable termination within control panels
• Occasional site installation work, which may involve staying away (fully expensed)

• Strong experience in panel wiring and mechanical assembly
• Previous site installation experience
• Comfortable with working away from home when required
