Job description:
- Identify, design and sign-off on renewable proposals
- Complete renewable tenders
- Expand our product line
- Expand and manage sub-contractors
- Project management
- Business development
- Up-sell into existing customer database
- Manage and lead the team
- Negotiate costings and apply mark-ups to projects
Experience and skills:
- 6 plus years renewable energy experience
- Technical background
- Target driven
- Work well under pressure
- Stakeholder management skills
- High-level communication skills
- The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team
- Experience in HelioScope (preferable)
Remuneration:
- Basic salary plus commission (market related)
