We are currently seeking an interim Raw & Pack Planner, to work with our global FMCG client U/L, renowned for brands such as Dove, Sure, Persil, and Simple, and become an integral part of their fast-paced FMCG environment.
The position is based in Seacroft, Leeds.  This is a full-time temporary role for 12 months, requiring 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Compensation for this role is competitive, paying between £34,113 - £35,221 per annum, pro rata, depending upon experience.
The role currently offers a mix of remote and onsite working, subject to adjustment based on business requirements.
Job Purpose:
OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensures that all materials are available to meet agreed production plans whilst maintaining stocks within agreed company targets.
- Routinely prepares delivery schedule (call-offs), considering all material guidelines, supplier constraints and plan requirements.
- Examines material schedules, reviews orders and call-offs, and brings any issues to the attention of the Demand Planner/Scheduler.
- Manages the delivery schedule and negotiates short notice/urgent requirements with Suppliers, Warehouse and Security.
- Proactively negotiates, observe and maintains information flow between suppliers and Sourcing Unit personnel to maintain a responsive supply chain.
- Adherence to the weekly IVMI (Internal Vendor Managed Inventory) process, identify improvement areas.
- Work closely with suppliers and obsolete planner to ensure minimal obsolete.
- Responsible for clearing USCC DCIW Purchase order queries (invoicing and stock queries)
- Keeps suppliers regularly informed about delists and removing stock build targets to avoid obsolete materials after last productions.

Desired Skills and Experience
- Experience in Raw & Pack Planning and SAP knowledge, also be proficient using MS Excel to intermediate level.
