Description
  • Oversee the performance of various programs, projects, and service delivery in the capacity of stakeholder management, ensuring stakeholders have clear visibility of performance.

  • Offer strategic direction, planning, and managerial guidance for project teams.

  • Take ownership and manage the program's scope, schedule, cost, and quality, aligning it with the customer's or business objectives.

  • Collaborate with customers/businesses, product/platform owners, and technology business partners to pinpoint technology services that align with strategic business needs.

  • Regularly update key stakeholders on status, potential risks, and achievements to ensure successful completion of the program/project.

  • Provide a clear picture of resource requirements, manage interdependencies, facilitate escalations, and communicate potential impacts.

  • Engage in and manage discussions with customers/stakeholders involved in the program/project.

  • Maintain an understanding of how the success factors of underlying projects relate to broader programs, ensuring the delivery of desired results.

  • Ensure that program and project teams adhere to relevant governance policies and processes.

  • Continually monitor and streamline programs and project activities to maximize value delivery.

  • Assist in the development and dissemination of standardized project management practices and processes.
