Your tasks and responsibilities
- Ensuring compliance and reporting: You will lead the preparation and submission of reports in accordance with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). You closely monitor new regulations and ensure we always meet the latest requirements.
- Stakeholder management: You will collaborate closely with various internal teams such as finance, sustainability, HR, and legal—both at corporate and operational levels. You will also work with external auditors and consultants to validate data and optimize reports.
- Data collection and analysis: You will manage ESG data, monitor its quality, and ensure that the information is accurate and complete for our external reports.
- Building a new structure: This role offers you a unique opportunity to develop a new reporting structure from the ground up. Your vision and expertise will play a key role in developing and implementing processes that will have a lasting impact.
- Innovation and benchmarking: You will ensure that our reports align with other standards such as GRI and research ways to further improve our performance compared to market standards.
Your knowledge and experience
- You have a degree in a relevant field (such as finance, sustainability, business administration, or similar).
- You have several years of experience in sustainability reporting, with strong knowledge of CSRD, ESG standards, and data analysis.
- You are a team player with excellent communication skills and enjoy working with diverse stakeholders.
- You work accurately, in a structured manner, and always stay up to date with the latest developments in your field.
- Bonus points: experience with reporting tools and project management.
