We are seeking skilled Hand Back Engineers to join our teams across the UK. As a Hand Back Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the proper restoration and maintenance of hand back areas on construction and infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for managing the design, planning, and execution of hand back activities to ensure the safe and efficient handover of completed projects to clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field, with experience in construction project management
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, excellent communication skills, and ability to work in dynamic environments
• Analytical, problem-solving abilities, and certification/licensure in engineering or construction management is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop hand back plans and schedules in accordance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with project team members to ensure the hand back process is integrated into overall project planning.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments of hand back areas to identify and address any deficiencies.
• Implement corrective actions and follow-up to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with contractors and subcontractors to resolve any issues related to hand back requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to hand back activities and inspections.
• Monitor project progress and performance related to hand back milestones and targets.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to project team members on hand back processes and requirements.
