We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented individuals to join our clients team as a Machine Controller on an ad-hoc basis across the UK.

The Machine Controller will be responsible for the following: 

•  Overseeing the operations and performance of various machines.
•  Monitoring machine functions.
•  Making adjustments as needed, and ensuring  processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor, and control various machines.
• Set up and calibrate machines according to specific requirements.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance to ensure machines operate at optimal levels.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during production.
• Collaborate with machine operators and other team members to streamline workflow and maximize productivity.
• Keep detailed records of machine performance, maintenance activities, and any incidents that occur.
• Comply with safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Proven experience in operating and controlling machines in a construction setting.

- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

- Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Knowledge of machine maintenance and safety procedures.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
