We are seeking skilled and reliable Radio Electronic Token Block (RETB) Operators to work on an ad-hoc basis across the UK. RETB Operators play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of railway signalling systems.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Previous experience working as a RETB Operator or in a similar signalling role preferred

- Knowledge of railway signalling systems and protocols

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Flexibility to work on an ad-hoc basis across different locations in the UK

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate radio electronic token block systems in accordance with established protocols and procedures

- Maintain clear and effective communication with other operators, signallers, and train drivers

- Monitor and control train movements to ensure safe and timely operation

- Respond promptly and appropriately to any signalling and communication issues

- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to prevent accidents and incidents
