• Seeking skilled Engineering Supervisors to lead a team in designing and implementing projects
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget

Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of engineers and provide guidance and mentoring on engineering projects.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure that engineering projects align with overall business goals.
• Review and approve engineering designs, calculations, and technical documentation.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to support their professional development.
• Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency within the engineering department.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all engineering projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a Lead Engineer, Engineering Manager, or similar role.
• Strong technical expertise in engineering principles, design, and analysis.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
