We are recruiting Track men to work on an ad-hoc basis across UK railways. Please find the requirements and job description fo thie role below: 

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform routine track maintenance activities such as replacing rails, ties, and spikes.

- Inspect tracks for defects and ensure compliance with safety standards.

- Assist with track repairs and upgrades as directed by supervisors.

- Operate track maintenance equipment and tools safely and efficiently.

- Work collaboratively with a team of track workers to complete assigned tasks.

- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in railway track maintenance or a related field is preferred but not required.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.

- Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour in various weather conditions.

- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to different locations across the UK as needed.
