Production Operator

Production Operator (BBBH687285) Cramlington, England

Salary: GBP14.23 - GBP14.23 per hour

We are seeking Production Operatives to join a leading client in Cramlington on a temp-to-perm basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic team committed to producing life-saving medical products. 


Candidates with previous production line experience, especially in a cleanroom environment, are preferred; however, full training will be provided.


Shift Pattern Available:

  • Day Shift 4 days on, 4 days off, 6 am - 6 pm, with a pay rate of £14.23

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely and efficiently produce high-quality single-use medical products in a cGMP-compliant cleanroom.
  • Adhere to safe working practices and utilize required personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Maintain product quality in compliance with cGMP standards.
  • Handle critical components and set up/kit raw materials.
  • Read, follow, and understand detailed assembly drawings and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Perform manual assembly of critical components on a defined production line.
  • Assemble material components to stringent quality requirements.
  • Inspect finished goods according to approved customer specifications.
  • Use manual, electronic, and pneumatic hand tools.
  • Accurately record critical cGMP data in the batch record.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work safely within a cleanroom environment.
  • Ability to read and accurately follow Batch Record Sheets and Standard Operation Procedures.
  • Previous GMP experience is preferable.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing assembly.
  • Good command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Basic mathematical skills.
