Personal Injury Paralegal – Bristol

Excellent opportunity for a Paralegal to join a well-established national law firm.

Our client is a dynamic national law firm with offices spread throughout the UK. They are currently looking for a Paralegal to join their Personal Injury team in Bristol.

The role will involve dealing with disputed claims under the Small Claims Protocol. Duties will include:

• Managing your own caseload of RTA cases
• Pursuing claims through pre and post-litigation stages, making full use of the case management system
• Complying with agreed service standards
• Communicating with clients, insurers, expert witnesses and solicitors, etc.

To be considered, you must have previous claimant personal injury case handling experience, including liability disputed cases involving split settlements.

On offer is a salary of £22,000 and an attractive benefits package.
