Private Wealth Paralegal - Exeter

Excellent opportunity for a Paralegal to join a leading international law firm.

Our client is a leading international law firm with offices spread across the UK, Middle East and Far East. They are currently looking for a Paralegal to join their highly-regarded Private Wealth team in Exeter.

The hiring team acts for individuals, companies and trusts both in the UK and internationally. The team undertakes all types of private client work including the preparation of wills, Powers of Attorney, domestic trusts, probate and income & capital tax planning. This role will involve:

• Probate administration including correspondence with institutions
• Payment of liabilities and legacies
• Dealing with receipt of funds
• Preparation of powers of attorney
• Assisting with attorney administration and trust administration matters
• Filing of documents, correspondence and other documentation
• File opening, archiving and billing, etc.

To be considered, you must be a law graduate with excellent academics. Ideally, you will have some legal experience (private client would be preferable), however, this isn't essential. You must have a keen interest in this area of law.
