Risk & Compliance Manager – Farnborough

Excellent opportunity for a Risk & Compliance Manager to join a top-ranked law firm.

Our client is an award-winning, Legal 500 rated law firm with offices spread throughout the South East. They are currently looking for a Risk & Compliance Manager to join their office in Farnborough, Hampshire.

The role will involve managing the firm’s risk and compliance function. Duties will include:

• Providing a best in class internal risk and compliance function
• Risk and compliance management with knowledge of SRA and FCA compliance models
• Assisting staff with conduct questions (e.g. conflicts) and reporting
• Assisting staff with AML questions and reporting
• Complaints and claims risk management
• Practicing certificate renewals
• Review, monitoring and updating the firm’s policies & procedures
• Performance of file verifications and associated follow ups
• Compliance record keeping, monitoring and reporting, etc.
• To be considered, you must have risk & compliance experience gained within a law firm.
