Helpline Advisor (Lettings) – Warwick

Excellent opportunity for a Law graduate to join an in-house organisation.

Our client is the UK's leading professional body for estate agents and is a membership organisation. They are currently looking for a Law Graduate to join them as a Helpline Advisor (Lettings) in Warwick.

The role will involve providing help and support to the company's member firms with their day-to-day lettings questions, signposting members to further information to assist them with their enquiries. Duties will include:

• Answering telephone calls from members and signposting to internal and external resources
• Keeping accurate records of discussions
• Promoting/signposting factsheets, FAQs and guidance on legislation and policy developments
• Escalating complex Landlord & Tenant queries ensuring an accurate timely handover
• Keeping up to speed with changing policy & legislation and the wider challenges facing the property industry generally, and Landlord & Tenant in particular, etc

To be considered, you must be a law graduate with an interest in landlord & tenant/ property work. They will also consider candidates with experience of working in residential lettings.
